Being as sustainable as we can is a constant priority in every new dish and cocktail we whip up.
This April, we’re spotlighting some of our favourite B-Corp drink brands that actually do good by planet Earth, whether it is giving back to the community, careful sourcing of materials or donating lots to wildlife and forest restoration.

From 24th March to 27th April, we’re teaming up with Elephant Gin supporting the Marylebone community with the Big Egg Hunt
Choose from our iconic Creme Egg 'Martini', a Sloe & Rose Spritz with Elephant sloe gin, prosecco, rose syrup & soda, and a cocktail that uses surplus artichokes from our kitchen, the 'Queen Of Hearts' with Elephant cacao and orange gin, Creme de Fraise De Bois & Cacao Blanc, Peychaud's cocktail bitters & egg white.

Traditional roasts with all the fixings
We offer slow cooked lamb shoulder, roast poussin, mushroom pithivier and beef.
All come with roast potatoes, yorkshire puds, honey roasted carrots, greens, parsnip purée and most importantly, our home-made 72-hour gravy.

An evening with Commanderie de Peyrassol
Limited spaces only for the UK launch of this 13th century Provence winery, held upstairs at The Cavendish Pub.
Enjoy an evening of fine wines from Commanderie de Peyrassol, expertly paired and poured by Alban Cacaret, Manager of La Commanderie de Peyrassol and the Château Peyrassol vineyard.
In collaboration, Head chef Laura de Fillipis has crafted a three-course menu by that will transport you to the sun-kissed landscapes of Provence - featuring sea bream carpaccio, lamb rump and lemon cremeux.

British pie week
From 3 - 9 March
Is there anything that screams comfort more than the humble homemade pie?
For one week only, we’re serving up classic pies like braised beef with carrots and peas, chicken and leek, and cheesy mushroom and spinach.
All come with mash, rainbow chard and a pot of gravy!
Available for a limited time only – come in and make your week a little bit warmer.
BOozy hot chocolates!
Ah, Hot Chocolate Day—truly the most underrated of holidays.
At the Cavendish, we like to keep the tone moderately festive at all times. Enjoy our week long menu of deliciously spiked hot chocolates with Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, Baileys and Chairmans Reserve spiced rum.
How much whipped cream is too much? We’ll let you decide—just ask nicely.
