We are delighted to be starting our series of events “An evening with” Pulenta Estate. Nina Pulenta (who lives and represents the prestigious Pulenta Estate here in Europe) will be hosting the evening as we move through wine’s from the Pulenta range.
Alex has prepared a 4-course dinner to pair alongside which you can find below. You will even be able to sample wine from the barrels in Mendoza, brought across for the occasion.
While we might not be able to celebrate one of the biggest and best night’s out of the year, we have prepared all you might need for an ultimate St Patrick’s Day celebration at home including a traditional 3-course Irish meal, Irish tipple to kick off the night and tickets to THUMPER and Damien Dempsey online gig.
With so many St Patrick’s Day traditions, we will hide a ‘pot of gold’ in one of the lucky boxes, a £50 voucher to spend at Cavendish when we reopen.
With the upcoming Mother’s Day in sight we are making it easy to treat your beloved mothers to a delicious 4-course feast (with veggie option available) paired up witha complete gin kit including balloon glassware, bottle of Marylebone London Dry Gin & serve kit with tonic for good grace.
With the community spirit in mind we have partnered up with the local Marylebone Gin andchic florist Jane Packer offering ‘all you need’ packages to make it a memorable occasion.
With a focus on seasonality and sustainable produce, The Cavendish’s elegant Mother’s Day menu will showcase Head Chef Alex Povall’s refined but honest style of cooking, making it no fuss on the day with everything ready to finish in the oven.
We have put together a couple’s pack to ensure a fun, interactive and a little bit off the beaten track evening with a 4-course dinner for two. Partners will cook a course each in a ready steady cook style serving. Flip the coin to to decide courses and then pick a series of cards from the decks to get your box of ingredients which have been carefully selected by Alex. The decks will be split in 4 categories: Flavour Enhancer, Protein, Garnish & The Wild Card. Each card will come with two instructions on how to prep and cook the ingredients leaving it up to you to choose your creation.

To wash it down each kit will also include a bottle of Itinera Prosecco Rose.
Delivery is available for 13th + 14th February within a 4 mile radius of the site with £7 delivery fee, outside of the delivery radius pricing is dependant.

Alex will be knocking up a traditional Burns Supper and we have partnered with Progressive Hebridean Distillers Bruichladdich for a great Dram and some tasty serve’s.
The first 24 Burns boxes will come with a 20cl Bottle of The Classic Laddie, unpeated single malt scotch whiskey, and some cocktail recipe’s to make at home to boot. The 4 course burns supper can be seen below

The Christmas season is rearing it’s head and we have a menu to caterer for all group sizes. We can accommodate group of up to 40 guests for a drink and canapé reception in our Lounge area. Alternatively Alex has put together a knock out menu which can be served plated (maximum 18 guests) or sharing style (maximum 30 guests) for a sit down meal.
We can offer the Feasting menu available to view on the website for a minimum of 6 guests, we would require 48 hours notice to enable the perfect family sharing experience

During the lockdown Alex has ensured you can still get your roast dinner fix! From next week we are doing pre-order cook-at-home roast’s which come with all his instructions, getting it spot on. Don’t worry he has done the yorkies, gratin and made the gravy for you to reduce your stress levels in this time! The most care-free cook at home roast out there.
