Pink Pepper Gin, France – 10.5 – Wonderful aromatic and bold gin. Bright spicy noted of pink pepper balanced with flavours of honey & vanilla.
Roku Gin, Japan – 12.5 – Clear heady fresh pine with fruit floral hints lead followed by underlying notes of green tea. In the mid palate there is a bold punch of fizzy, fiery pepper which yields to a long dry, citrus bitter linger which rounds out with a hint of light vanilla sweetness.

Herradura Plata Blanco, Mexico – 15 – This fine Plata Tequila is aged for forty days in oak barrels before bottling. Creamy, full palate with very faint hints of oak and spice. Lovely agave notes coming through.
Herradura Reposado, Mexico – 18 – Aged for 11 months in oak, a slightly tangy palate, hints of dry oak, sandalwood and roasted agave.
Patron Silver, Mexico – 10.5 – A top-quality silver Tequila from Patrón, this is fresh, crisp and very well rounded, with a touch of oak in the palate.
Patrol Anejo, Mexico – 13 – This tequila is adored for its honey, fruit, black pepper and smoky flavor notes. A great aged tequila.
Patron Reposado, Mexico – 11 – Patrón Reposado is aged in oak for around 6 months. A great sipping Tequila, this also makes a fantastic Margarita.

Don Julio 1942, Mexico – 24 – The Top Cuvée from Veteran Producer Don Julio, named in honour of founder Don Julio Gonzalez-Frausto Estrada, who first distilled Tequila when he was just 17 years old in 1942. This tasty Mexican spirit is treated to 30 months in American white oak before it’s bottled .
Casamigos Blanco, Mexico – 15 – Casamigos Blanco is a light, refreshing tequila, made with 100% agave, which ripples with notes of freshly chopped herbs (think mint leaves), vanilla and subtle agave. 15
Casamigos Reposado, Mexico – 15 – After spending 7 months in American white oak casks, this tequila has taken on notes of home-made caramel, roasted agave and buttery vanilla, with a twinkle of oak-y spice and smoke on the finish.
Casamigos Anejo, Mexico – 18 – Having spent 14 months ageing in American white oak casks, we have a tequila brimming with toffee penny, roasted agave, dark chocolate and sweetly spiced oak notes.
Vivir Blanco, Mexico – 15 – Vivir’s Blanco Tequila is double distilled and blended with local water from a volcanic spring. A wonderfully smooth Tequila that is can and zesty with notes of agave.
Derrumbes Oaxaca Mezcal, Mexico – 13 – Big and bold, with delicate notes of jasmine, citrus, acacia honey, cracked black pepper and dark chocolate.
Amore Verde Mezcal, Mexico – 10 – This Mezcal uses it’s smokiness to frame and enhance the delicious fruit and floral aromas. Very sustainable in collaboration with local artists.
Vodka
Absolut Elix, Sweden – 9 – Using grain exclusively from the main estate in sweeden, the elix is a premium expression of the vodka made by hand.
Belvedere, Poland – 10 – Made using only one particular strain of rye, the vodka has flavours of vanilla and pepper.
Grey Goose, France – 11 –One of the original super-premium vodkas – made in France, Spicy, warming, creamy finish.
Haku Vodka, Japan – 9.50 – Superbly clean with a slight cracked black pepper tingle and silky and soft mouthfeel.
Russian Standard, Russia – 7 – Russian Standard vodka has been distilled to the Tsar’s “premium quality standard” since 1894. It is a classic Russian vodka.
Ciroc, France – 11 – Ciroc is a five times distilled French vodka made with grapes that are harvested when frozen. This is a very fancy and chic premium vodka.
Ciroc Pineapple, France – 11 – This pineapple flavour variation brings a vibrant tropical twist to the vodka, which pairs rather well with lemonade.
Victory Vodka, England – 11 – Made at Victory London Distillery in north London, this vodka has been cold-distilled from unroasted, green coffee beans, creating a smooth and creamy, savoury, vegetal flavour.
Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka, Poland – 8 – Classic Polish vodka recognisable with the blade of grass in the bottle. Great with a selection of mixers, including apple juice and ginger ale.
Wyborowa Exquisite, Poland – 12 – Wyborowa is a double distilled rye vodka. Full-bodied yet still extremely smooth.

Plantation Original, Barbados – 7 – The rich and intense style of Jamaica and Barbados, with their notes of plum, banana and vanilla, is enhanced by meticulous blending and further maturation, in France.
Havana Club 3yrs, Cuba – 7 – This Havana Club has been aged for three years in bourbon casks and then filtered, hence its colour. A classic rum and a key component of good, refreshing Daiquiri.
Havana Club 7yrs, Cuba – 9 – This rum is full-flavoured, rich and sophisticated with a high degree of elegance and class. Chocolate and orange flavours dominate.
Havana Especial, Cuba – 8 – Havana Club Especial is a blended Cuban rum which has been aged in white oak barrels, imparting both colour and flavour.
Mount Gay, Barbados – 9 – The palate is fruity and well-rounded with notes of banana, vanilla, smoke, toasty oak, spice. The finish is long and spiced with toasty oak.
Diplomatico Mantuano, Venezuela – 14 – Dark and richly flavoured with a texture to match – oily and sticky. The sweetness is tempered by gentle notes of oak and char.
Matusalem 15, Domenican Republic – 10 – Very approachable, soft and smooth mouthfeel with plenty of rich, fruity spice
El Dorado 21yr, Guyana – 21 – Rich with flavour and almost cognac in style. Great sipped on its own or in an Old Fashioned. Flavors of ripe banana, christmas cake and tobacco.
Ron Zacappa Solero 23, Guatemala – 13.5 – This is a truly superb Guatemalan rum, blended using the solera system. Sublime stuff. This was matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks.
Ron Zacappa XO, Guatemala – 38 – This is an incredible extra old rum. Absolutely amazing intensity with waves of soft brown sugar, toffee, spicy oak, cedar and pipe tobacco.

Aberlour 10yr – 10 – Matured in sherry & bourbon casks. Lovely and rich with notes of coffee and fruitcake.
Balvenie 12yr – 12 – Deliciously creamy, vanilla-rich whiskey from Balvenie.

Glenfiddich 18yr – 14 – Aged in sherry and bourbon casks, richer notes of candied fruits, toffee and ginger.
The Glenlivet 12yr – 9 – Bright fruit notes with a buttery and vanilla-rich flavour. Slight oaky flavour.
Macallan Gold – 18 – Hints of vanilla and dark chocolate on the nose with flavours of citrus, and soft oak.

Dalwhinnie 15yr – 12 – A great malt with clean, crisp flavours of heather honey, pears and toffee.
Dalmore 15yr – 18 – Aged in a combination of bourbon casks and sherry casks for a smooth, sweet, rich whiskey. Flavours of Coffee and fruitcake.
Highland Park 12yr – 9.5 – A great all rounder. Silky and warming mouthfeel with flavours of heather honey.
Highland Park 18yr – 26 – Hints of peat and toffee with slight floral notes.
Glenmorangie 10yr – 10 – A well balanced whisky. Light and sweet on the nose with flavours of spice, honey and malt.

Springbank 10yr – 10 – Light in colour and aroma, but packed full of flavours of vanilla, smoke and spice. Mixture of both bourbon and sherry casks.

Lagavulin 16yr – 16 – One of the smokiest noses in Islay with notes of Lapsang Souchong tea. Big flavours of peat and smoke with a beautiful fruity sweetness.
Laphroaig Quarter Cask – 16 – A vibrant young Laphroaig. Flavours of soft sweetness to start then building to an intense peatiness.
Islands
Talisker 10yr – 9.5 Through thick, pungent smoke comes sweet pear and apple peels with a fresh and fragrant nose.
Scotch Blended Whisky
Chivas Regal 12yr – 8.5 – A lovely blend with sweet flavours that is very easy to drink. A rich and full taste of honey, pears and vanilla.
Compass Box Great King Street Glasgow Blend – 9 – Full, rich and smoky on the palate, with notes of baking spices and Sherry wine character.
Compass Box Peat Monster – 11 – Medicinal peatiness along with kipper-like smokiness, all surrounding a core of fruity sweetness. Great balance of flavour and freshness.
Compass Box Juveniles – 18 – Notes of barley sugar, pear drop and vanilla, complemented by an underlying herbal character. It’s a whisky to be enjoyed with great food and even better company.
Johnnie Walker Black Label 12 – 10 – A well-rounded and subtly smoky blend. Rich and full with notes of smoke, spice and toffee.
Monkey Shoulder – 7.5 – A smooth, creamy and very malty Scotch.
Irish Whiskey
The Dead Rabbit – 10 – Caramel and vanilla sit up front, with notes of nutmeg, milky coffee and macadamia. A great all rounder.
Jameson Original – 8 – A full and floral nose with flavours of marmalade and fudge.
Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition – 9.5 – Uses barrels previously used age stout from Cork’s Franciscan Well brewery. This has added notes of cocoa, coffee and butterscotch to this classic Irish whiskey.
Redbreast 12yr – 12 – Beautifully balances Irish whiskey with a warm texture and sweet spiced flavours.
Japanese Whisky
Hibiki Japanese Harmony – 19 – Medium bodied and elegant in style, this easy vanilla malt bursts with apple fruit and red berries freshness but is made complex thanks to notes of melted butter and caramelised dates.
American Whisky

Bulleit Rye – 12 – Cherries and vanilla on the nose with a big spiced flavour. hints of cherries, peaches and orange zest. 12
Michter’s US *1 Straight Rye– 14.5 – Full-bodied with notes of of stem ginger, orange peel, brown sugar and a touch of buttered corn. Finish of new leather.
Jack Daniels No.7 – 8 – Quite smooth and soft with notes of banana milkshake, a mixed nut note, a touch of caramel. Dry spice and oak on the nose.
Woodford Reserve – 10 – A little floral with a hint of oak but the finish is excellent with vanilla tones.
Woodford Reserve Double Oak – 13.5 Produced in the same way as regular Woodford Reserve then further aged in charred barrels which adds a depth of oak and sweetness.
Lot No.40 Rye – 9 – A wonderful, rich mouth feel with a full, spicy character. Brown sugar sweetness with mixes with rye, black pepper and clove.
Congac & Brandy
Courvoisier VS – 8 – The cognac is soft and somewhat sweet on your palate, but there’s enough of barrel spice and bitterness that give the brandy some depth and not just one note. 8
Hennessy VS – 9.5 – Hennessy V.S offers toasted and fruit notes, with a rich, clearly defined palate and a welcoming exuberance.
Hennessy XO – 35 – A great XO with flavours of dark chocolate and over-ripe plums. A little sultana character, cocoa butter and spice.
Martel VS – 7 – A nice blend, sweet and fruity. Bright and golden in color, Martell VS Single Distillery reveals pleasing notes of plum, apricot and candied lemon on the nose.
